In keeping with our Core Values, the Ripple Recruitment team is committed to helping grow stronger communities.
The Salvation Army
We support The Salvation Army as volunteer workers and with monetary donations for the Red Shield Appeal and the Self Denial week.
Since 1883, The Salvation Army has fought poverty and social and spiritual distress in New Zealand. They’ve help more than 120,000 families and individuals each year with budgeting advice, food and clothing assistance, life skills programmes and other comfort and support. The Salvation Army are committed to their mission of caring for people, transforming lives and reforming society.
Harbour Hospice provides compassionate specialist palliative care for anyone who needs it so you can make the most of life. So, if you have a life limiting condition and you need specialist care, we have a team of professionals aiming to meet the needs of you and your family, whānau and carers - physical, emotional, social and spiritual -wherever you are.
St John Caring Caller
We support St John specifically as volunteers to their Caring Caller programme.
Connecting people who need a friend, with people who have time to listen and chat and calling clients regularly to offer support and a friendly voice over the phone
Our Caring Callers reach over 1200 people every year. We ensure our clients are matched with callers who have similar interests and who they feel comfortable talking to. A Caring Caller does not provide medical or helpline services.
Kindness is Ripple Recruitment’s own charitable fund. We are delighted to allocate a percentage of every success fee paid to us to the Kindness fund.
At the end of each financial year our team of Specialists review nominations and votes from the team and from our clients and communities to disburse the funds from Kindness to the selected beneficiary or beneficiaries.
This is where you can make your nomination.
